Weird Thing happening

I have 2 things not working right now.

First i can't select any custom colors for my events, i click the color thing and its all white, no colors.

The second is

instead of getting a right click box with 2 things i get 3
Edit This Event
undefined
Delete This Event

undefined brings me to Add Event

And Edit brings me to edit

Plans version: 7.6.3
Perl version: 5.8.4
script name: plans.cgi

Are you upgrading from an earlier version of Plans?

If so, you may need to replace us_english.pl and theme/plans_lang.js with the most recent versions:

Also, what browser are you using?

Sorry its on an Intranet site, so i can't provide a URL.

The thing you said to do worked, but, now i'm getting an error at the top that says

unable to open file /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/cal/plans_lang.js for writing!

I've removed the file, then wget'd it again and changed the permissions and it still does that.
