I am looking for reasons a server configuration would cause very slow response times for plans. I have been over all of the config for plans and don't see any reasons that would cause slow response. Thanks in advance for your help.

| Good thought, but it was misbehaving prior to the attempt to import the calendar. I am in the process of getting the owner to remove that calendar. |

Also, how large is your events.xml file? If you have more than 10,000 events, things can noticably slow down. But I've never seen an installation where data size alone caused response times as slow as you have.

| I know there are no where near 10,000 entries, I would guess maybe 100 events. Are there issues with the configuration of Perl or the location of the cgi-bin directory that could cause this? |

Not that I know of. I believe it's that extra calendar.

I had a problem like that. It turned out that I had sessions enabled but the sessions where never being cleared. I had about 50,000 sessions files the server had to parse before the calendar would start. I deleted the old sessions and the calendar was very fast. For now I just have sessions disabled until I can find out why they don't get cleared.
Good Luck,
