I added this sript to plans.css right after the first body statement:

SCROLLBAR-DARKSHADOW-COLOR: #006600;
SCROLLBAR-TRACK-COLOR: #CCFFCC;
SCROLLBAR-ARROW-COLOR: #006600;
}

It works in my css file. Why doen't it work in plans.css. I'm adding it because I like the colored scroll bars.
